Apr2024: You guys are making the UI bad with every update. Dec22: The new update is completly bullish. What is the point of adding so many coins in quick trade ? What is the point of quick trade ? It is just making trading harder. The previous version was much user-friendly. I may switch to WazirX alltogether. Also, upon login, the pin entering screen appears thrice.

Wprst Experience. Deducting amount without any notification and selling my invested coins. This is the first app in my career giving rating in playstore. I have raised a ticket but no response from the team. And Even I m jot able to withdraw my money. They want to deduct the money until my account balance should be zero. Only incoming no outgoing. Great ka worst App Zebpay app. Thanks for worst Experience make to be more careful in future. I m grateful to Zebpay

Hi, information about the membership fee is clearly mentioned in our Terms of Use, website, and app. We also notify users via push notifications and emails. If you make even one trade per month or use our lending feature, there is no fee applied. It is only for inactive accounts. Please share your ticket number here for further assistance

Few days back KYC and bank details were removed and I was asked to redo KYC and bank verification. There was no notification sent to me for the same. App has improved with respect to it user interface however it needs to work on such aspects of advance notification and also if possible add alert option for quick trade option. Since most of the cryptos have been moved from exchange to quick trade, it's difficult to keep track of price changes.

Our new release comes with Limit order functionality for 150+ pairs on Quick Trade. You can now place instant orders at your desired price.
